Lisa Rudzki is an experienced and people-focused HR leader with over 20 years in the profession (including more than 10 years in Executive roles). A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) and a qualified coach, Lisa brings extensive experience across start-ups, growing businesses, and established organisations

Lisa has hands-on experience in building an HR function from the ground up (creating the structure, policies, and culture needed to support business growth). She understands the realities of day-to-day HR: supporting leaders through complex people challenges, leading organisational change, and ensuring that both business priorities and employee wellbeing are front of mind

Lisa’s warmth, humour, and pragmatic advice help her build trusted, lasting relationships with colleagues and clients. Her practical approach, sound judgement, and genuine commitment to people help organisations create inclusive, high-performing workplaces where individuals and teams can thrive.
