About Our Leader
Lisa Rudzki is an experienced and people-focused HR leader with over 20 years in the profession (including more than 10 years in Executive roles). A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) and a qualified coach, Lisa brings extensive experience across start-ups, growing businesses, and established organisations

Lisa has hands-on experience in building an HR function from the ground up (creating the structure, policies, and culture needed to support business growth). She understands the realities of day-to-day HR: supporting leaders through complex people challenges, leading organisational change, and ensuring that both business priorities and employee wellbeing are front of mind
